We overestimated the production capacity at the factory and have received fewer seats than we originally expected. As a token of apology we’d like to offer you an UPPAbaby Cabana infant car seat protector. It can be used with the MESA or any other infant car seat. It is a great all-weather product and newborn accessory.

We realize that many of you are expectant parents who need an infant car seat immediately and cannot afford to wait. We encourage you to keep your child’s safety as a top priority and consider purchasing another high-quality infant car seat if this delay in timing does not work for you. Our retailers have been very supportive through this process. We are offering the Cabana if you decide to wait for the MESA or choose an alternative car seat model from this retailer. If you decide to cancel and go elsewhere we cannot offer the Cabana gift.
